A New Year

Here we are, alive with hope for new experiences and new ways of behavior. Do you have your resolutions made? Have you started creating those new habits? I'm still fine-tuning mine. Instead of the regular ones (exercise more, lose five pounds, organize my office), and instead of having too many, I am working on creating meaningful goals - goals that I can really achieve, and that will have the most impact this year and for the years to come.


I asked my daughter the other day if she had made her New Year's resolutions. She told me she didn't like making resolutions - she liked having goals better! I agree with her perspective and her wording!
